In participating in the event(s) (the "Event") taking place at
Granite Lion Cellars, 2801 Jamul Highlands Rd, Jamul, CA 91935;
I/We, the participant(s), hereby agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk:
I/We understand that participation in the Event involves certain inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to falls, collisions, weather-related hazards, and potential contact with other participants. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation in the Event.
Release of Liability:
I/We hereby release and hold harmless Granite Lion Cellars, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and sponsors (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, and liabilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event, including any injuries, damages, or losses to my person or property, regardless of whether caused by negligence of the Released Parties.
Medical Consent:
I/We certify that I am in good physical condition and am capable of participating in the Event. In the event of a medical emergency, I consent to receive necessary medical treatment and authorize the Event organizers to make decisions regarding my medical care as they deem appropriate.
Photography/Video Release:
I hereby grant permission to Granite Lion Cellars to use my image, likeness, and voice in photographs and videos taken during the Event for promotional purposes. If you would prefer to avoid photography or video release permission(s); please inform the Granite Lion Cellars staff member(s).
Indemnification:
I/We agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, costs, and expenses arising from my participation in the Event, including attorney's fees.
By participating, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver and release of liability.
